The Tan and Copper Seating Chart is used to tell your guests where they will sit. Another name for a seating chart is an escort board. Also, they can be called a seating plan or table assignment. Anyway you call it, they do the same thing: they direct your guests to their seats. We make them for weddings, parties, and corporate events.
This seating chart is shown with black and copper text and is 24″ x 36″. The fonts used are Block 1 and Script 4. You can pick any font or font color from our lists. The artwork colors cannot be changed on this design.
This is a digital purchase only so you can print locally at a print shop. Once you get the final design, you can have it printed the same day instead of waiting for a shipped item to arrive.
How this works:
- you order the tan and copper seating chart and tell us the fonts and colors you want to use in the Order Notes
- you email us your list of names in alphabetical order on our template to: paperhabit@gmail.com – we don’t recommend more than 150 lines of names
- we setup your seating chart within 1-2 business days
- we send you a complimentary proof of your completed chart – this will be low resolution so it can be emailed
- you send us any changes you want to make
- we will send you a final proof – any additional proofs are $10 so please send all changes at one time
- when the seating chart is approved, we will send you a link to a high resolution file for you to print from
Details:
This chart holds approximately 150 lines of names. If you have more than that, we recommend ordering 2 charts and splitting the list in half. There are a couple of reasons for this:
- the writing will start getting too small
- the lines will get too close together to read
- too many people will get congested trying to read the seating chart at the same time
Things to note:
- we have an Excel template that you will need to fill out that comes with instructions
- names must come in our format and be written as you want them on the chart – if they are not, there will be extra fees to fix your list
- we recommend listing your guests alphabetically
- we don’t recommend listing your guests by table number – yes, we’ve seen it all over Pinterest too. But we work with a lot of wedding planners and they do not want that at one of their events. Why? Because it takes 3 times as long to find your name when you have to look at every table
