Introducing our Cross Seating Chart – a symbolic and practical way to direct your guests to their seats at weddings and events. This seating chart can also be referred to as an escort board, seating plan, or table assignment. Regardless of what you call it, it serves the same purpose of guiding your guests to their seats.

Our Cross Seating Chart is 24″ x 36″ in size and can be customized with any font or color from our extensive list. Please note that while you can choose your preferred font and color, the artwork colors on this design are able to be tinted different colors.

As a digital purchase, you can easily print the Cross Seating Chart at a local print shop. This means you can have the final design in your hands on the same day, without having to wait for a shipped item to arrive. Choose our Cross Seating Chart for your seating arrangement sign.

How this works:

  • you order the Cross seating chart and tell us the fonts and colors you want to use in the Order Notes
  • you email us your list of names in alphabetical order on our template to: paperhabit@gmail.com – we don’t recommend more than 150 lines of names
  • we setup your seating chart within 1-2 business days
  • we send you a complimentary proof of your completed chart – this will be low resolution so it can be emailed
  • you send us any changes you want to make
  • we will send you a final proof – any additional proofs are $10 so please send all changes at one time
  • when the seating chart is approved, we will send you a link to a high resolution file for you to print from

Details:

This chart holds approximately 150 lines of names. If you have more than that, we recommend ordering 2 charts and splitting the list in half.  There are a couple of reasons for this:

  • the writing will start getting too small
  • the lines will get too close together to read
  • too many people will get congested trying to read the seating chart at the same time

Things to note:

  • we have an Excel template that you will need to fill out that comes with instructions
  • names must come in our format and be written as you want them on the chart – if they are not, there will be extra fees to edit your list
  • we recommend listing your guests alphabetically
  • we don’t recommend listing your guests by table number – yes, we’ve seen it all over Pinterest too. But we work with a lot of wedding planners and they do not want that at one of their events. Why? Because it takes 3 times as long to find your name when you have to look at every table.
  • we can make your cross seating chart in a custom size. If you have a frame, we can change the size to accommodate. Email us before purchasing: paperhabit@gmail.com. We will let you know if we think your size will work for the number of guests you have.
